This policy describes what Address Pops (“we,” “us”) collects on addresspops.com, and how we use it. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to respond to you and run the studio, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us what we hold about you at any time.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you send us - your name, email address, property address, and anything you include in an inquiry.
• Engagement information - briefs, assets, and correspondence, if you become a client.
• Basic usage data - standard server logs and, with your consent, Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, referrer, device). Analytics runs in a cookieless consent mode until you accept, and we do not use it for advertising or sell any of this data.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and assess fit, timing, and scope.
• To deliver the engagement - design, production, hosting, support.
• To operate and improve this site.
• With your permission, to feature completed work in our showcase and case studies.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the studio - website hosting, email, and analytics (Google Analytics, on this marketing site). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and only as needed to provide their service.

5. Retention

Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period after. Client records are kept for the engagement and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these, email hello@addresspops.com - no forms, no runaround.

7. Cookies & consent

This site uses the cookies necessary for it to function. It also uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies only after you accept in the consent banner - until then, Analytics runs in a cookieless consent mode. You can decline at any time, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies. Property listing microsites (on the addresspops.com subdomains) use cookieless analytics and set no analytics cookies at all.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
